What You'll Be Doing Lead Advanced EEG Procedures Perform and maintain proficiency in inpatient EEGs, portable studies, ambulatory monitoring, WADA procedures, Evoked Potentials, and epilepsy monitoring. You'll apply electrodes, calibrate equipment, and adapt protocols to ensure high-quality, reliable recordings. Set the Standard Act as a point person for quality control, troubleshooting, and workflow management during your shift. You'll lead by example and help optimize patient outcomes through accurate, timely diagnostics. Mentor and Support Provide day-to-day guidance to techs and students. You'll offer feedback, help onboard new team members, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment. Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with providers, nursing teams, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care, especially during complex cases and urgent scenarios. Stay Ahead of the Curve Participate in ongoing quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. You'll help shape and evolve our standards of care and department protocols. Qualifications Certification Required: R.EEG T.
