  Field Implementation Specialist Location: Boston, MA Position Summary The Field Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality, regulatory-compliant product installations, technical configurations, and customer training for assigned product deployments within a designated geographic territory. This role partners closely with Cadwell's Technical Installation team to ensure all hardware and software are properly installed, configured, tested, and ready for clinical use. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, successful go-live implementations, post-implementation support metrics, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Stay current on upcoming Cadwell software releases and ensure readiness to support new product versions. Partner with the Manager of Technical Implementation to continuously improve customer go-live experiences and implementation processes. Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve individual performance. Collaborate with internal implementation teams to successfully execute assigned product deployments, including: Partnering with Customer Implementation Team members to establish technical implementation expectations during the sales process. Ensuring all technical deliverables, timelines, and Scope of Work documents are clearly defined and executed. Assisting in the development of implementation plans that support successful customer go-lives. Performing onsite product installation, setup, configuration, testing, and deployment. Providing customer training on installed hardware and software when a dedicated trainer is not assigned. Documenting and escalating technical installation issues as needed. Recommending process improvements to enhance implementation procedures and installation documentation. Assist with defining technical installation requirements for product enhancements and new product development. Escalate customer or technical concerns promptly to leadership. Participate in Technical Implementation Team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement. Assist with clinical system configuration and customer training as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Knowledge & Skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Education & Experience Combination of 4+ years of relevant education and/or professional experience in: Information Technology (IT) Biomedical Engineering Clinical Neurodiagnostics Approximately 3+ years of experience working in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO, MDR, etc.) preferred. Experience with medical devices, healthcare technology, or complex equipment installations preferred. Clinical certifications or neurodiagnostic credentials preferred. Experience using implementation management platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools preferred. Travel & Physical Requirements Ability to travel up to 80% of the time. Must reside near a major airport servicing the assigned territory. Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and utilize hand tools for extended periods. Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required travel documentation. Must meet hospital and credentialing requirements for onsite work at healthcare facilities. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed. Compensation Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (USD) ◦ Fulfill all Technical Installation deliverables in each ‘go-live’ plan including onsite installation. ◦ Currently, provides customer training when an Implementation does not include a dedicated training resource. ◦ Document and escalate any technical installation issues to the Manager, Implementation Planning, as necessary. ◦ Preclude subsequent escalations by recommending appropriate updates to Implementation Team Procedures and Product Installation instructions. Assist with the specification of Technical Installation requirements for product enhancements and new product designs. Escalate any issues of concern to Manager, Technical Installation in a timely manner. Participate in all Technical Implementation Team Meetings, collaborating with colleagues to maximize team efficiency. Provide assistance with clinical configuration and training when appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Job Knowledge / Requirements: Exemplary listening, communication and collaboration skills, with an established ability to work cross-functionally. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency. Expertise in technical installations, troubleshooting, root-cause identification, corrective and preventive process improvement. Education / Experience: Combination of 4+ years of related experience and education in IT or biomedical engineering and/or clinical neurodiagnostic disciplines. Approximately 3+ years of experience working with teams in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, MDR, etc.) is preferred. Experience with medical devices, healthcare technology, or complex equipment installations is preferred. Clinical registrations and certifications commensurate with assigned modalities are preferred. Previous experience with installation management applications, CRM systems, and analytics tools is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time. Residence near an airport that serves the assigned territory. Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds and to accommodate frequent standing, walking, bending and use of hand tools. Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required travel documentation. This position requires on-site visitation at medical facilities. As such, the candidate must be able to meet credentialing company and medical facility requirements. Work outside of regular business hours may be required to meet business needs. • EEG/ERP Technologist PRN

Position Summary We are seeking motivated Neurodiagnostic Technologists to perform ERP (Evoked Response Potential) patient setups in physician offices and outpatient settings. Unlike traditional EEG testing, ERP setups are more streamlined and do not require a full International 10-20 electrode application, allowing for an efficient workflow and the opportunity to complete multiple patient setups throughout the day. This is an excellent opportunity for EEG technologists seeking a flexible PRN position with a growing organization. Responsibilities Prepare patients for ERP testing and explain the procedure. Obtain relevant patient history and answer patient questions. Apply electrodes according to company protocols. Verify signal quality and ensure successful data acquisition before leaving the site. Set up and troubleshoot ERP equipment as needed. Remove electrodes and clean the patient's scalp following completion of testing. Clean and disinfect equipment between patients. Ensure successful upload and transfer of patient data. Complete all required documentation accurately and timely. Represent the organization professionally while providing exceptional patient care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited EEG, Neurodiagnostic, or PSG Technology program or a minimum of one year of experience in neurodiagnostics or a related patient care field. EEG or neurodiagnostic experience preferred. ABRET credentials (R. EEG T.) are preferred but not required. Current BLS certification or ability to obtain.
