Territory Account Manager

Seattle, Tacoma or Portland | Full-Time | Field-Based

$60K-$80K Base + Uncapped Commission | $150K-$200K Estimated OTE

Our healthcare partner is seeking a Territory Account Manager to manage and grow the Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland markets. You'll represent a portfolio of brain health and neurodiagnostic solutions, including hardware, software, diagnostic services, ambulatory and continuous/intermittent monitoring, physician services, and clinical education. The territory includes meaningful existing business and substantial opportunity for additional market growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow the Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland territory with a strategic territory plan
• Grow existing accounts while continuously pursuing new opportunities
• Develop relationships with neurologists, hospitals, health systems, physician groups, outpatient facilities, and independent neurology practices
• Position the right combination of products and services for each customer's challenges
• Run product presentations, demonstrations, and educational meetings
• Communicate clinical, operational, and financial value to physicians, administrators, and purchasing teams
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Meet or exceed quota and keep pipeline, accounts, and forecasts current in the CRM
• Partner with clinical and operational teams on onboarding and implementation
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events

What We're Looking For

• 2-5+ years of successful sales experience
• Healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, healthcare technology, pharma, or capital equipment sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience developing and managing a sales territory
• Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, and comfort discussing ROI with healthcare decision-makers
• Self-motivated and capable of operating independently in the field
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
• Bachelor's degree required

No EEG Experience Required

Previous EEG or neurodiagnostic experience is not required. Full product, clinical, and industry training is provided.
