Remote Long-Term Monitoring (LTM) EEG Analyst I

We're looking for an experienced Remote LTM EEG Analyst to join our growing team and provide dedicated night and weekend coverage. This is a full-time position. Applicants seeking PRN, part-time, or occasional coverage will not be considered.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote LTM EEG Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting physicians and clinical teams by providing real-time and retrospective EEG monitoring for patients across a variety of care settings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Real-time continuous EEG monitoring and intermittent review
  • Retrospective EEG analysis and documentation
  • Recognition and communication of significant EEG findings
  • Collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and fellow neurodiagnostic professionals
  • EEG clipping, pruning, and data review
  • Creation and modification of EEG montages
  • Troubleshooting EEG recording and monitoring issues
  • Assisting with workflow development, quality initiatives, and facility support
  • Mentoring and supporting fellow EEG analysts as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Current R. EEG T. credential required
  • CLTM certification required within two years of hire
  • Minimum 3 years of LTM/cEEG experience in both ICU and EMU environments
  • Strong understanding of EEG pattern recognition and neurophysiology
  • Experience with continuous EEG monitoring and retrospective review
  • Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with clinical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple EEG equipment vendors
  • Experience with Phase II or intracranial monitoring
  • Knowledge of networking and remote monitoring technologies
  • Previous mentoring or training experience
