Manager, Neurodiagnostic Services

Working Manager | 60% Administrative / 40% Clinical

About the Role

The Company is hiring working Neurodiagnostic Managers to lead EEG/EMU and EMG/Autonomic service lines. These roles combine hands-on clinical work with operational leadership and team development.

Each manager will oversee approximately 15 direct reports and will require call coverage.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations and staffing across assigned service lines

• Support long-term video EEG, EMU, EMG, autonomic testing, and advanced procedures

• Ensure quality, compliance, and regulatory standards

• Manage budgets, workflows, and performance improvement initiatives

• Develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams

Salary Range

• Hourly: $43.94 – $68.10

• Midpoint: $56.02

• Sign-On Bonus: Based on qualifications
