The Company is seeking an experienced Neurodiagnostic Supervisor / Clinical Instructor (EEG) to play a key leadership and education-focused role across multiple hospital sites. This position blends hands-on clinical work with teaching, assessment, and program oversight—ideal for a registered technologist who enjoys mentoring others and shaping the next generation of EEG professionals.
This role supports four total facilities (two large hospitals and two smaller hospitals), with the majority of time spent at the two primary hospital locations. Each site is supported by a lead technologist, allowing this role to focus heavily on education, assessment, quality oversight, and clinical instruction.
Heavy emphasis on education, clinical instruction, and competency assessment
Rotating group of students and trainees you’ll help develop and sign off
Strong leadership structure with site-based lead technologists
Balance of supervisory responsibility and direct patient care
High visibility and impact across a multi-site neurodiagnostic program
Serve as a clinical instructor and supervisor for EEG staff, aides, and students
Lead clinical education, training, competency validation, and sign-offs
Perform EEG studies as needed, including inpatient, ICU/cEEG, and long-term monitoring
Support protocol development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
Provide mentoring, feedback, and performance assessment for technologists and trainees
Collaborate with leadership, site leads, and clinical teams to streamline workflows
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing professional development
Track metrics, competencies, and documentation related to training and performance
4 total hospital sites
2 large hospitals (primary coverage)
2 smaller hospitals (periodic support)
Each site has a dedicated lead technologist for daily operational support
5 days per week
8-hour shifts
Onsite position (not remote)
Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to support education, assessments, or coverage needs
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Relocation assistance may be offered in lieu of a sign-on bonus
Possible, based on candidate needs and overall compensation structure
Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) required
Minimum 3 years of EEG experience (ICU/cEEG experience strongly preferred)
Experience working with adult and pediatric populations
Strong communication, teaching, and leadership skills
Comfort serving as a clinical instructor with rotating students
Ability to manage competency sign-offs, metrics, and evaluations
Onsite availability required
