Neurodiagnostic Technologist III – Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM)

Whether you're monitoring a routine spine case or supporting a complex cranial procedure, your work will play a critical role in helping surgical teams deliver the best possible care.

What You'll Do

As a Neurodiagnostic Technologist III, you'll perform advanced neurodiagnostic testing and intraoperative neuromonitoring while working alongside highly skilled physicians, surgeons, and clinical teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing simple to highly complex IONM procedures with minimal technical supervision
  • Monitoring a variety of surgical specialties using modalities including SSEPs, TcMEPs, EMG, EEG, BAEPs, and additional neurophysiologic monitoring techniques
  • Supporting EEG, long-term monitoring (LTM), ICU, and EMU patients when needed
  • Participating in epilepsy-related outpatient EEG testing
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care
  • Participating in shared EEG and/or IONM call rotation
  • Contributing to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives if interested

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Completion of an accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology program or qualifying neuroscience degree with the required neurodiagnostic experience
  • Three or more years of neurodiagnostic experience depending on educational background
  • Experience performing intraoperative neuromonitoring and advanced neurodiagnostic testing
  • Current registration in REEGT, RNCST, or CNIM, depending on specialty
  • CNIM required for candidates supporting the IONM program who hold a bachelor's degree or higher
  • Additional credentials such as CLTM, CAP, or REPT are highly valued
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
