Interpret waveforms in real time and communicate critical findings to the surgeon and oversight physician.
Participate in surgical planning discussions and help guide intraoperative strategy.
Serve as a mentor and trainer to junior technologists, fellows, and developing IONM professionals.
Support cases across multiple specialties and adapt quickly in a high-acuity surgical environment.
Join on-call rotations as needed for urgent or emergent cases.
Contribute to collaborative research and innovation in neurophysiology.
Every case is different. Every day matters. And your skills directly impact patient outcomes.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
CNIM or NIOM certification required
Additional credentials such as REEGT, CLTM, REPT are a big plus
BLS certification (must be active or obtained within 90 days)
Strong understanding of lifespan development and age-specific neurophysiology
Ability to interpret neurophysiological patterns in real time
Confident communicator inside the OR
Exceptional focus, adaptability, and clinical judgment
You become an essential part of the surgical team
You’ll work on some of the most complex and rewarding cases in the field
You elevate surgical safety and neurological outcomes
You continue growing as a clinician, educator, and leader
You contribute to research and innovation
You impact lives every single day
This is THE role for high-level IONM professionals ready to work at the top of their game.
