What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality intraoperative neuromonitoring services during a wide range of surgical procedures.

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR teams to enhance patient safety using real-time neurophysiological monitoring.

• Accurately document all aspects of each procedure.

• Participate in rotating on-call coverage (one weekend per month).

 

Your Weekly Workflow

• Case Volume: 4 cases/week (average 2–4 days/week based on case complexity).

• Case Mix:

  • 60% Spine

  • 30% Cranial

  • 10% ENT

• Bonus: Additional compensation for exceeding monthly case expectations!

 

What You’ll Need

• At least 1 year of clinical IOM experience OR CNIM-eligible status.

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000–$100,000

• Monthly performance bonuses

• On-call pay (evenings/weekends are low-volume and paid if activated)
