We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Technologist to join our growing neurophysiology team. In this role, you will work closely with surgeons, neurologists, anesthesiologists, and operating room staff to provide real-time neurophysiological monitoring during complex surgical procedures, helping to improve patient outcomes and enhance surgical safety.

Responsibilities
- Perform intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during surgical procedures.
- Utilize modalities including SSEP, TcMEP, EMG, EEG, BAER, and other advanced monitoring techniques as appropriate.
- Communicate critical changes in neurophysiological data to the surgical team in real time.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient care and surgical outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health science or related field preferred.
- CNIM certification preferred or eligible to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and IONM principles.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
