Position Summary
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled IONM Technologist to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting patient safety and surgical outcomes by monitoring the integrity of the nervous system during complex procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

  • Perform and implement IONM procedures including EP, EEG, and EMG under the supervision of senior staff and according to established protocols

  • Conduct preoperative equipment checks and prepare for intraoperative and postoperative responsibilities

  • Identify proper stimulation and recording sites; apply electrodes and obtain baseline readings

  • Prepare equipment and supplies for required monitoring procedures

  • Confirm patient identity, surgeon, and procedure details, and communicate the monitoring plan with patients and caregivers

  • Monitor neurophysiologic activity throughout surgical procedures and effectively communicate any clinically significant changes

General Responsibilities:

  • Participate in after-hours call rotation for urgent cases

  • Provide departmental support in alignment with company goals and lab procedures

Qualifications:

  • CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

  • Current AHA CPR certification

  • Minimum of 1 year of IONM experience

  • Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
