What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality intraoperative neuromonitoring services during a wide range of surgical procedures.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR teams to enhance patient safety using real-time neurophysiological monitoring.

Accurately document all aspects of each procedure.

Participate in rotating on-call coverage (one weekend per month).

 
Your Weekly Workflow
Case Volume: 4 cases/week (average 2–4 days/week based on case complexity).

Case Mix:

60% Spine

30% Cranial

10% ENT

Bonus: Additional compensation for exceeding monthly case expectations!

 
What You’ll Need
At least 1 year of clinical IOM experience OR CNIM-eligible status.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $90,000–$100,000

Monthly performance bonuses

On-call pay (evenings/weekends are low-volume and paid if activated)
