What Makes This Role Unique
This is more than just a job—it's a chance to make a real difference for people managing epilepsy. You'll travel to patient homes, set up 72-hour ambulatory EEG studies, and play a vital role in collecting the data that helps neurologists make life-changing decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Travel to patient homes to perform 72-hour EEG setups
Explain procedures in a professional and compassionate way
Monitor equipment remotely and troubleshoot when necessary
Ensure high-quality data collection that supports accurate diagnosis
Play an important part in improving patient quality of life
What You Bring to the Role
A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (we reimburse mileage and vehicle expenses)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using EEG systems such as Xltek, Nihon Kohden, or Trackit is a plus
Understanding of the 10/20 system and EEG best practices
ABRET registration (REEGT, CLTM, CNIM) preferred but not required
Current CPR certification
Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills & Setup
Home access to a printer/scanner and high-speed internet
Familiarity with Windows Office and EEG review software
Comfort with frequent travel, including occasional out-of-state assignments
Previous experience in home-based or ambulatory EEG settings
