What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide hands-on leadership and clinical oversight to a team of EEG Technologists.

  • Help recruit and interview new team members who share our passion for excellence.

  • Oversee training and facility orientation for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success.

  • Manage staff scheduling to keep operations running seamlessly.

  • Conduct regular clinical skills competency assessments to maintain the highest standards.

  • Perform Video Routine EEGs, LTM setups, and disconnects in alignment with national and company guidelines.

  • Operate sophisticated medical equipment, review and analyze EEG and other neurodiagnostic studies, and act quickly when you detect abnormalities to ensure patient safety.

  • Conduct weekly quality assurance checks and continuously seek ways to improve processes.

  • Travel between local facilities as needed—no two days are the same!


Who They're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior or management-level EEG/Neurodiagnostic role.

  • R. EEG T. certification through ABRET (or willing to obtain within one year of hire).

  • Current American Heart CPR certification.

  • Strong knowledge of the 10/20 International System of electrode placement, equipment filters, and time base calculations.

  • Skilled in reading physician/nursing orders and patient documents with the ability to write clear, concise technical reports.

  • Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable leading in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Must hold a valid Ohio driver’s license.
