About Our Healthcare Partner
A nationwide provider of intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM) and EEG services, partnering with leading hospitals and surgical teams to keep patients safe during complex procedures. They're known for clinical quality, responsiveness, and real teamwork.
What You'll Do
- Independently run multimodality IONM (SSEP, TcMEP, EMG, BAEP, cranial nerve monitoring, and more) across spine, craniotomy, ENT, and vascular cases
- Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment in real time, cool under pressure
- Spot significant waveform changes and communicate them clearly to surgical and anesthesia teams
- Document findings accurately and according to protocol
- Collaborate with remote or on-site neurologists for case oversight
- Mentor junior technologists and support clinical education

What We're Looking For
- CNIM certification (preferred)
- 2+ years of independent IONM experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in multiple modalities, including SSEPs, EMG, and MEPs
- Strong communication and decision-making in the OR
- Adaptability across different hospitals, teams, and workflows
- Willingness to work early mornings and occasional after-hours cases
