What You'll Do

  • Independently run multimodality IONM (SSEP, TcMEP, EMG, BAEP, cranial nerve monitoring, and more) across spine, craniotomy, ENT, and vascular cases
  • Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment in real time, cool under pressure
  • Spot significant waveform changes and communicate them clearly to surgical and anesthesia teams
  • Document findings accurately and according to protocol
  • Collaborate with remote or on-site neurologists for case oversight
  • Mentor junior technologists and support clinical education

What We're Looking For

  • CNIM certification (preferred)
  • 2+ years of independent IONM experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in multiple modalities, including SSEPs, EMG, and MEPs
  • Strong communication and decision-making in the OR
  • Adaptability across different hospitals, teams, and workflows
  • Willingness to work early mornings and occasional after-hours cases
