Ambulatory EEG technologist Job

Job Responsibilities:

Complies with HIPPA regulations with regards to patient confidentiality.

Must be able to travel up to 95%, drive to multiple locations throughout the state of Colorado, including out of state as necessary. This position drives to wherever the patients are. You need to have a reliable vehicle. If you don't like to drive, then this position is not for you.

Professionally communicates with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Follows the American Society of EEG Technology guidelines while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Operates and manages equipment, takes detailed accurate patient history on patients.

Job Requirements:

Techs that are registered (R.EEGT) through ABRET and an active member go to the front of the line and the top of the salary structure.

CPR certified, if not we will train.

Must possess a valid driver’s license, automobile and proof of insurance. One year of experience in the field is preferred.

Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to pull, push and carry up to 50lbs.

Must have strong communication skills, timely responses to requests from management, efficient effective outside the box suggestions for improvements.

Compensation:

Base pay average of $50k-65K
